Shipment Orders in the Continental USA and Canada:
Standard shipping is by UPS Ground, FedEX Ground,DHL or the Post Office. Allow 5 to 9 business days for delivery, depending on destination. Shipment fee is flat charge per shipment.
We do not process shipments to a Post Office Box. Please provide a physical address for promt delivery.
International shipment (outside of Norht America):
International shipping is carried out by First-Class Mail® International (up to 4 lb) or Priority Mail® International. Normally it means shipping in 10 to 15 business days.
Should you prefer another shipping method, please let us know about it within 2 days.
Important: Your order can be cancelled if no credit card charge approval is received.
Tax Information for shipment in Canada:
In accordance with federal and provincial law in Canada, we are required to charge appicable sales tax for orders shipped in Canada. For all Canadian orders GST (5%) is applied to the total amount of the order and for Ontario orders additional Ontario provincial tax(8%) is applied.
Once the local postal system of the destination country receives your package, the local post office will make the necessary delivery arrangements. We cannot affect these arrangements. Actual ship time from the local post office to the final destination varies widely by country. Delays in delivery are usually due to customs/import duties or local postal guidelines.
