If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our products we have a money back guarantee. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please call 416-596-7046 or email info@RussianStuffe.com and Customer Service Representative will arrange for you to get your refund. We will give you a return authorization number when you call.
ALL RETURNS MUST have a return authorization number to receive refund.
Our refund policy does not refund shipping charges.
